Hello, I'm sorry if I say something useless but I'm a beginner. The script "Example of walking a DAS source using perl" seems to me to contain a lot of mistypings, mainly code contained after #comments. In addition, if I run it giving chromosome and coordinates, after correcting any visible error, it says

have chr 6:135000000,137000000 Received 176 features. PROBLEM: UTR, 6:135280221-135281245

And doesn't populate the gff file. What's wrong?

Thanks Emanuele
